Maksim Krapht is a contemporary, emerging visual artist from Russia. In his work, he explores the subject of oblivion by destroying the image of an object. The heart of artist visual language is ephemerality, as a way to show the remoteness and immateriality of the depicted. Krapht images are unreal, they are rather memories that fade over time. Another important aspect of his work is balance, as a philosophy and a way of thinking, as a combination of abstraction and realism, as a naive desire to gain control.

Maksim Krapht was born in 1995, in Russia.
