Nasceu em dezembro de 1972 no Barreiro.
Membro da ARTISET – Associação de Artistas Plásticos de Setúbal desde julho 2023.
Membro da direção da Artesfera ( associação de Artes plásticas do Barreiro) desde 2003. Foi Presidente da Artesfera no ano de 2015.
Em 2012 frequentou o curso de serigrafia na Casa Amarela, Almada. De setembro de 2011 a fevereiro de 2012 frequentou o curso de Teoria de arte denominado "Temas e paradigmas da arte contemporânea", na Artesfera.
Em 2011 Frequentou o curso de pintura da Ar. Co , Lisboa.
Em 2001 frequentou o Curso de Desenvolvimento do Centro de Artes Plásticas e em 2000 o curso de Pintura da Artesfera .
Foi 3.º clarinete da Banda Municipal do Barreiro.
Desde 2000 que participa em exposições coletivas e individuais.
Profissionalmente é engenheira civil e especialista em hidráulica urbana na Câmara Municipal do Barreiro há 24 anos.
