Très tôt passionnée de peinture , elle intègre l'école d'Art de la ville de Lyon puis les Beaux Arts de st Etienne où elle découvre tout le potentiel d'une création picturale libérée du formaliste et du rationnel .
Puis elle travaille comme dessinatrice textile dans divers ateliers lyonnais.
Elle expérimente alors différentes techniques dans un environnement artistique multiculturel.
A St Etienne elle installe son propre atelier et commence son parcours artistique .
Des études littéraires lui ont permis d'exprimer tout un vécu intérieur et de le confronter à d'autres itinéraires culturels.
Confortée dans sa quête , elle entreprend son travail sur l'aquarelle , plus tard elle expérimente la peinture à l'huile ..
