j'ai 39 ans et je suis infographiste de formation.
Chineur graphique, récupérateur iconographique, je pratique le sampling visuel.
En effet, je superpose différentes images ou parties d’images en les « triturant » jusqu'à obtenir une image nouvelle qui serait alors une sorte de passerelle entre la peinture et l’art numérique. Il m’arrive également aussi de chercher à donner une nouvelle "vie-sion" à des éléments graphiques qui appartiennent au passé (anciens schémas techniques, photos n&b "colorisées"…) en les mêlant à d'autres plus actuels, modernes voire futuristes.
Ce travail allié à des effets propres à l'informatique (pixellisation, transparence, saturation des couleurs, effet de trame...) s'inscrit dans une présentation contemporaine.
Tous mes travaux sont imprimés directement sur chassis toile de lin ce qui accentue le rapprochement avec la peinture.
Je retravaille également la peinture depuis janvier 2004 soit en partant d'images créées sur ordinateur, soit plus traditionnellement mais toujours selon un angle graphique.
