A 43ans,je commence à croire que l'on peut naitre "peintre" et y comprendre mes visions du monde,mes obsessions,mes motivations,mes acharnements,mon besoin vital de toujours : peindre .
Fonctionnaire par défaut pendant des années, mon temps libêré à peindre, il m'a fallut 15années pour considérer mon travail "exposable", par respect pour moi,pour le regard sur moi, pour la peinture .
D'abord fasciné par l'aquarelle,je me suis acharné des années à développer cette technique pour constater aujourd'hui que l' aquarelle est enfin reconnue comme art majeur et non plus limitée à des pochades,des lavis transparents,des paysages figuratifs .Avec une technique mâitrisée,une gestuelle libêrée;l'eau,les pigments,la lumière,le tout sur papier devient textures,matières,quelque chose qui a du poids .Le ressenti,l' impression est unique car issu de l'eau .
Je travaille également l'acrylique,technique "bricolage" pour moi,expérimentale,jeux de contrastes novateurs .
On dit souvent ma peinture lyrique (emotion dans l'enthousiasme, passion, exaltation, spontanéité, énergie lisible par une gestuelle libre ).
Pour moi tout doit être ressenti .
Grand utopique,je suis professionnel depuis 2007 et j'ai voulu démocratiser mon travail en ouvrant un Atelier Galerie "du pigment dans la vie" 9 avenue de la mer 14150 Ouistreham
