Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of leasing works of art?

  • Financial Flexibility: You can enjoy exceptional, high-value works of art without a large initial investment.
  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

  • Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

How are the safety and insurance of works managed?

  • Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.

What are the conditions for terminating the leasing contract before its end?

  • Unless there are specific conditions, leasing contracts for works of art commit the client to payment of the entire price of the work; payments are therefore due until the end of the lease.

Art...can that word really say enough about the out-pouring of emotions, thoughts and even beliefs that we have come to know as ART.I have no formal art training just a love of drawing every thing I have thought of or even trying to see where a thought, idea or emotion may lead me.My teachers at school may have had something else to say about it,every margin, every cover, every empty space had to be adorned, and so my art was born in doodles.
Like so many others I have worked in many different jobs but my one escape was drawing and thinking about the drawing, all the nights I spent working machines, when tiredness was crushing my very existance there was always an idea for another picture.
I have sold original pictures, sold t-shirts with my designs from market stalls,I've created murals on walls(inside and out),designed tattoo's and cards and still the hammer of life beats upon my soul and I end up thinking of paying the bills instead of creation. As so many have said before pain is a major player in creation,so here I stand,a working man with a thousand images and stories, will I ever have the time to relate them all, only the universe knows.
