I was born in 1968 in Belarus, in Minsk. My artistic training began there while I was still at school. I was accepted into a school for gifted children in Minsk. In this school I learned different techniques like drawing, painting and modelling. After school I went to Bobrujsk (Belarus) and learned ceramics there - it was a logical development of my education. I have lived in Germany since 1986 and have a studio in Frankfurt Oder. The most important aspect of my work is the character and the attention to detail. I mainly work with clay.
