At the age of 16, Ostovany relocated to the United States, where he embarked on his formal studies in art. He began his academic journey at the University of Nevada – Reno before furthering his education at the prestigious San Francisco Art Institute, where he earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in 1995.
Ostovany's artistic career has been marked by a dedication to exploring the intersection of culture, identity, and human experience. His diverse body of work spans a range of mediums and techniques, reflecting his multifaceted approach to artistic expression.
