About the author
L'artiste Claudine Belmas-Grégoire peint depuis l’enfance, et concrétise cette passion par quatre années d’études aux Beaux-Arts de Valence.
Pour parler de son travail, il faudrait d’abord parler de la nécessité qu’elle a de peindre, et connaître son haut degré d’intimité avec la peinture, et avec l’histoire de la peinture.
Parallélement à son travail de peintre, elle ouvre la première galerie d’Art contemporain à Valence dès 1966. Elle crée un atelier d’arts plastiques où, durant les années 70-80, elle reçoit adultes et adolescents pour leurs préparation à l’entrée aux Beaux-Arts
Claudine présente sa première exposition personnelle à la galerie l’Impartial en 1984. Depuis, elle montrera son travail chaque année au cours de nombreuses expositions tant en France qu’en Italie.
Depuis juillet 2011 elle vit et travaille à Cannes 06.
