Démarche artistique
Je me consacre depuis quelques années à la peinture en autodidacte. J’ai suivi des cours de base et des cours de peinture intuitive avec Madame Jocelyne Duchesne de Trois-Rivières et depuis ce temps, je participe à des démonstrations de peintres professionnels et de temps en temps, je me fais conseiller par différents peintres professionnels. Je n’ai jamais voulu être le disciple d’un seul maître mais une analyse critique avec des peintres professionnels m’aide grandement à cheminer.
J’ai abordé un grand nombre de thèmes : paysage rural, paysage urbain, personnages, la nuit, l’hiver,les natures mortes, l’eau et la mer et un peu la peinture abstraite… Cela m’a amené à faire des recherches artistiques sur ces sujets et des apprentissages de diverses techniques.
Depuis que je peins, la couleur a été une source de recherche. J’ai exploré progressivement toutes les couleurs. J’ai eu ma période mauve, ma période bleue, ma période orangé, etc. J’ai progressivement apprivoisé toutes ces couleurs et maintenant, j’aime avoir de multiples couleurs vives et chaudes.
