meine Vita
1950 geboren in Nürnberg
Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann
Seit 1970 beschäftige ich mich autodidaktisch mit Kunst (Hinterglasmalerei, Aquarell etc.)
Mein damaliger künstlerischer Schwerpunkt war aber die Darstellende Kunst. Mehr als 25 Jahre stand ich bei der Hans Sachs Spielgruppe der Stadt Nürnberg als Darstellerin auf der Bühne. Auch in Film- und Fernsehproduktionen durfte ich, mit prominenten Schauspielern wie Sabine Sinjen, Hans von Borsody, Heinz Reincke, Fritz Rasp unter dem Regisseur Peter Beauvais, meine Erfahrungen in der Schauspielkunst erweitern.
Durch Beruf und Familie traten diese Aktivitäten mehr und mehr in den Hintergrund.
Nun, im aktiven Ruhestand, beschäftige ich mich wieder intensiv mit der Bildenden Kunst.
Zum Beginn meiner neuen künstlerischen Entwicklung stand die Begegnung mit dem Maler Günther Hofmann, meinem jetzigen Ehemann.
Es folgten Acryl- und Aquarellkurse bei der VHS, The Seasons Art Class und bei den Künstlerinnen Kristina Jurick und Jutta Schwarz. Des weiteren absolvierte ich auch noch Kurse für Tusche- und Bleistift-Skizzen, Malreisen, Workshops sowie Zeichnen im Freien.
Diese Entwicklung ist nicht abgeschlossen, sondern ein stetiger Weiterbildungsprozess.
Seit Juni 2016 bin ich Mitglied im Kunstkreis Karlsdorf-Neuthard.
Mein Anliegen ist das Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Materialien und das Offen sein für alles Neue.
