Pittore surrealista metafisico, condensa nelle sue opere i colori della Spagna che hanno caratterizzato la sua formazione e l'attuale esperienza vissuta del Nord Est italiano, filtrati attraverso lo studio del filone metafisico aperto dal grande maestro Giorgio De Chirico.
"La mia pittura è tendenzialmente fatta di colori forti e vivaci.
Mi piace fondere materico e pennellate attraverso l'uso di spatole, gesso e colore.
Pur se attraverso il filtro del Surrealismo Metafisico, il mio intento è di fotografare la contemporaneità degli eventi toccando anche, in alcuni soggetti, temi controversi.
Ho suddiviso i miei dipinti in categorie perchè porto avanti progetti e filoni differenti; alcuni tesi ad un esame interiore come ad esempio "Dentro y Fuera" che tratta tematiche più legate all'animo umano e a particolari temi che mi stanno a cuore, ed altri semplicemente più rivolti verso il fattore estetico come "Le città di carta" che è una rivisitazione di luoghi e città appartenuti alle mie esperienze passate e presenti.
Traggo ispirazione in primis dall'assoluto precursore del Surrealismo Metafisico Giorgio De Chirico, nonchè da importanti esponenti della rivoluzione pittorica del Novecento quali Picasso ed altri.
Dipingo principalmente su tela ma collaboro anche con falegnami e intagliatori creando decorazioni e veri e propri dipinti su mobili, bassorilievi ecc.
Attraverso l'antropomorfizzazione di soggetti ed eventi contemporanei, uno dei miei principali obiettivi è raggiungere un risultato visivo che lasci soprattutto una libera interpretazione caratterizzata dal fattore enigmatico; poichè il rapporto tra l'immaginazione dell'osservatore e il dipinto è fondamentale per la nascita dell'amore tra i due."
