Après une formation en ébénisterie, elle rejoint l'Atelier d'Art et de restauration de son père. C'est auprès de lui qu'elle s'initie aux techniques et approches des matières telles que : colle d'os, peinture polychrome, caséine et acrylique...
à 22 ans, elle crée son propre atelier et cherche à intégrer des éléments nouveaux dans la peinture... sable... colle...
Sensible au monde du microcosme et du macrocosme, son attention se pose alors sur la matière, son élaboration, sa composition, son empreinte.
En 1998, Paty quitte l'Alsace pour la Côte d'Azur et laisse derrière elle ses créations sur boiserie pour s'inscrire à l'école ADAM à Nice.Elle y apprendra d'autres techniques de peinture à la chaux, trompe l'œil, patines et s'graffito.Forte de ce nouveau savoir-faire, elle participe à l'élaboration de décors dans plusieurs palaces d'Europe.
De retour dans son pays natal, c'est en 2017 que Paty adapte toutes ses techniques de peinture décorative sur toile et les propose au regardeur sous forme d'exposition.
à travers ses œuvres, Paty nous parle de sa vision du monde, un monde imaginaire où se mélangent les matières et les styles.Tantôt baroque, tantôt abstraite, sa peinture reste toujours vivante et vibrante.
