Emmanuel Renaux, alias Manu Surreabulliste, is a contemporary French artist. Since June 2016, Manu Surreabulliste has been a valued member of the ASL (Association Art Sciences et Lettres). His artistic journey began to take shape in 2001, and since then, he has proudly exhibited his work in numerous locations in Le Havre and the Normandy region. His exhibitions have graced renowned galleries such as Turlure, FNAC, Gainneville, and St. Address, showcasing his artistic evolution over the years.

Notably, from 2005 to 2015, Manu took on the role of Co-Artistic Director alongside Armelle Lefebvre at "Parfum des Thés," a gallery dedicated to Le Havre, serving as both a literary tea room and an art gallery. Together, they organized exhibitions featuring local, regional, and international artists, providing a platform for emerging talents to express and assert their art. Group exhibitions in Normandy were another hallmark of their collaborative efforts.

Manu's artistic reach extended far beyond his hometown and region, with notable exhibitions in prestigious locations. He displayed his works in Paris at the ART Génération Gallery in 2006, nestled in the Louvre district. His art was also embraced internationally, as seen in the ART WORKS Gallery in Barcelona, Spain, where he left an indelible mark. Furthermore, Manu's works have graced the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Perret district of Le Havre.

Manu Surreabulliste's artistry extends into the digital realm, where his online presence has attracted a significant following. He consistently ranked among the top 100 artists on Artmajeur, a testament to the popularity of his work. His website received over 580,000 visitors in 2019, indicating a broad and enthusiastic audience for his art.

Throughout his career, Manu has been celebrated as a "Guest of Honor" at the Salon d'Automne de St. Léonard in Fécamp, France, in October 2006. His exhibitions have garnered extensive media coverage, including press articles, appearances on local, regional, and national television, and radio interviews.

Manu Surreabulliste's unique artistic technique sets him apart, as he incorporates bubbles into his landscapes and portraits. This distinctive approach reflects his innate curiosity about the world, as he uses bubbles to express his thoughts, dreams, and boundless imagination. His works are characterized by precision, poetry, and incisiveness, enabling him to scrutinize the flaws of modern cities and subtly distort reality.

Manu's notoriety extends beyond the borders of France, with his "bubbles" gaining recognition in Europe and beyond in 2006, under the banner of 'SURREABULLISM.' Even with his own success, Manu remains dedicated to supporting other artists. He forged connections with young talents, and a 6th-grade classroom was named after him in 2012. His influence led to the recognition of other artists within the Mondial Art Academia (MAA).

In 2013, Manu Surreabulliste expanded his horizons with exhibitions in China, spanning cities like Shanghai, Nantong, and Chengdu for a remarkable five-month period. In November 2013, he was honored with the title of Knight of the Mondial Art Académia, a recognition of his outstanding contributions to the art world. This title not only acknowledged his personal achievements but also paved the way for other artists he endorsed, who were subsequently named by the MAA.

The year 2014 saw Manu participate in international contemporary art fairs, including "Créativ'Art" in Toulouse and the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, organized by the Mondial Art Academia.

In 2016, he continued to expand his global reach with exhibitions in five major cities in China, showcasing a series of paintings entitled "China Girls." From 2017 to 2019, his exhibitions took him to various cities across Italy, such as Marsala, Rome, Turin, Palermo, and Mazara del Vallo. Most recently, in January 2023, Manu Surreabulliste's art was featured in "Finestre sul Mondo" in Sicily, Marsala, where his unique artistic journey continues to inspire and captivate audiences around the world.
