About the author
I was born in Stoke On trent in 1969 and could draw from an early age. I studied Graphics and worked as a computer graphics artist for many years. I moved to Italy in 1995 and started painting in 1999, to help me relax and because I wanted something to hang on the bare walls of my home. I paint various subjects but a lot of the paintings are of fruit ("Fruitraits"). The paintings are quite large, and can take up to a month to complete. But recently I've been trying to work a bit quicker.
I have had exhibitions in Milan and the surrounding area, but also in Belluno, Padova and Venice. I am currently a member of the 'Ex Fabbrica Delle Bambole' art collective in Milan.
