About the author
ALIX was born on the Belgian border, in the heart of the legendary Ardennes forest, in Celtic land.
She spent her childhood in this magical place populated by goddesses, elves and elves that her child's gaze saw emerging between the trunks of the oaks.
Haunted by this Celtic territory, she stayed several times in Brittany to discover this other mythical forest that is the forest of Brocéliande, a Celtic high place. There, she discovers the same roots and meets her universe again.
She paints in watercolor, acrylic, writes, publishes several collections, then discovers oil painting which becomes her favorite means of expression. She participates in numerous competitions in France and abroad and wins numerous awards and distinctions.
ALIX now works in her studio in Rumigny, still in the Ardennes.
In a state of permanent creation, she paints, writes or sculpts and works as much with clay, wood and metals as with these current materials such as resins and plexiglass.
