  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

  • Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

How are the safety and insurance of works managed?

  • Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.

Each Original Hughes painting is created using old book pages. In addition, pieces of paper are used that have been aging outside, in the elements, for over 8 years. The two mediums are collaged together to create a backdrop for what’s to come. After many coats of sealant, to protect the aged paper and book pages, the image is hand painted with black acrylic paint. The painting is given one final coat of sealant before splashing it with resin and performing a quick treatment so that the finished painting looks as if water is dripping off the panel. Additional elements used are oxidized copper, rust, found objects and sacred texts and teachings. Finally, Danny likes to use gold splashes across the bottom of the painting to represent the constant movement of life against a backdrop of stillness. Danny currently creates in his Bend Oregon studio. His work is shown in galleries and shows across the US and Canada and has a long list of collectors from around the world; Jon Cryer, Jeff Probst, Rebeka Demornay and Bryan Cranston, just to name a few. Additionally, His work was recently selected to be part of the International Biennale Exhibition in Miami, Florida.
