  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

Édouard Mosseau, artist photographer, is a native of the Montreal region. In the 90s, he adopted the region of Quebec, to finally put down roots a few years later on the other shore, in Lévis. And in the summer of 2019, he moved to Bas-du-Fleuve, in Rimouski. Destination that he particularly likes, allowing him to finally live according to the tides on the edge of the immensity of the St. Lawrence River.

Free-thinker, humanist and intuitive artist, he enriches his self-taught career with studies in computer graphics and visual arts.

Separated from his parents at a very young age, Mosseau lived a childhood marked by abandonment and loneliness. Throughout his life, people have reached out to him. He has deep respect and immense gratitude for them. Perhaps it is this substitute family that will have made him discover a fascination for this search for beauty and aesthetics. Or again, his Amerindian roots, which were not revealed to him until adulthood, which served as a catalyst for him and confirmed this call from nature and the North, places of research which he favored during his career.

Nature, the visual arts and beautiful books will be his faithful companions during his youth. Never again will he feel alone. From then on, a quest begins. A space is born in him and leads him to creation, a way of which he is the only master on board. First by drawing, he will interpret what he perceives and animates it through a singular figurative expression. These various outlets will allow him to transcend through creation the ultimate test that life imposes on him, that is, that of not having been able to know his mother and his natural father. This youthful experience will be the foundation of the artist he will become.

At the age of 15, he discovered the immense possibilities of photography thanks to the acquisition of his first reflex camera. This is the beginning of a great adventure: this medium will become over time his main means of expression. It is thanks to photography that he will develop his style, by taking a unique look at the landscapes he discovers, by using frames and compositions that belong only to him and have made his signature. From this period will be born his first body of work entitled "The splendours of Bucolie".
