Biografie Nina Boos
Im niederrheinischen Kamp-Lintfort 1959 geboren, kam Nina Boos über das Weserbergland 1990 nach Oldenburg.
Der Vater, Hans Boos, war in der Heimat von Nina Boos, im niederrheinischen Kamp-Lintfort ein bekannter Karikaturist. Durch Interaktionen entstanden schon damals in den frühen 60er Jahren, auf dem Papier von Nina Boos erste Comics. Schließlich war der Vater bekannt als der "Wilhelm Busch vom Niederrhein".
1974 begann Nina Boos Ihre erste Ausbildung als Schauwerbegestalterin.
1978 entschloss sie sich zu einer weiteren Ausbildung als Grafikerin.
Dem Pinsel ließ sie anfangs gar nicht so sehr freien Lauf wie heute. Aber durch ihren Beruf als Grafikerin war sie aber niemals weit weg von der Kunst. Sie hat mit Ton gearbeitet, Marionetten entworfen und angefertigt.
Doch unentwegt wollten weiße Flächen mit ihren Ideen gefüllt werden. Nachdem sie verschiedene Techniken ausprobiert hatte, ist heute "Acryl auf Leinwand" und „Pastellkreide auf Papier“ ihre Passion und ihr künstlerisches Credo.
Von Nina Boos lässt sich zu Recht sagen kann, dass sich ihre Werke nicht ohne weiteres in irgendeine Schublade stecken lassen oder anders ausgedrückt, deren Werke man irgendeiner Kategorie zuordnen könnte.
Die Entstehung ihrer Bilder ist auch nicht von detaillierten Vorplanungen abhängig, sondern sie erfolgt in einem spontan ablaufenden Schöpfungsprozess, der sich in vielen kleinen Spickzetteln, verteilt in der ganzen Wohnung von Frau Boos, äußert.
Inspirationen zu ihren Werken empfängt Nina Boos aus den kleinen, zumeist lustigen Begebenheiten aus dem "ganz normalen Alltag".
Oberflächlich betrachtet mag man zur Erkenntnis gelangen, ihre Arbeiten seien eine Comic Art.
Genauer umschrieben, kann jedoch gesagt werden, dass es sich um Cartoons handelt, die sicherlich auch in einer spezifischen Weise abstrakt wirken aber mit deutlichem Bezug auf konkrete Formen, die sich Nina Boos aus dem bereits erwähnten "ganz normalen Alltag" mit ihren "ganz normalen menschlichen Beziehungen" ausgeliehen hat.
Innerhalb der mit immensem malerischem Temperament geschaffenen Bilder lassen sich immer wieder "Zitate" aus einer realen Welt wahrnehmen, die die Malerin jedoch auf außerordentlich subtile und lustige Weise umsetzte.
Vor allem aber bemerkenswert ist ihr Mut zur Farbe, oder besser gesagt, ihr Mut zur Komposition der Farben. Durch ihren Hang zur Perfektion, insbesondere beim Ziehen der filigranen Linien, ist der Zeitaufwand bis zur Fertigstellung eines Werkes schon enorm, was dem Betrachter beim anschauen gar nicht so bewusst wird.
2006 hat Nina Boos ihre erste und auch erfolgreiche Ausstellung im
Cafe Rosengarten in Oldenburg.
Es folgte 2007 viele weitere Ausstellungen wie im renommierten Künstlerdorf
und Nordseebad Dangast.
2008 hat Nina Boos eine große Ausstellung in der Oldenburger Galerie „Tabula“.
Im selben Jahr wird eine argentinische Filmemacherin auf sie aufmerksam und
