DECLARACIÓN DE ARTISTA
Algo del interior, algo incontenible, una fumarola de volcán surge desde el interior y nada lo podía parar, nada lo sujeta…..La obra necesitaba existir.
Mis pensamientos, intuiciones, mis claros en un bosque, necesitan representarse, mostrarse en forma de colores, formas, texturas, imágenes o palabras. No lo provoco, sólo sucede.
Para mi realizar obra arranco parte del contenido de nuestra Tierra, las paredes que han cobijado a los seres humanos que la formamos y las pintadas de los niños que desde hace siglo garabatean esas paredes. Extraigo la pintura y los arañazos de las paredes, las intervengo con mis propios dibujos en forma de grabado o incisiones y las extraigo a la manera de un restaurador, que quiere dejar sobre un lienzo una pintura mural.
Otras veces estos dibujos/arquetipos los realizo directamente con acuarelas, acrílicos, y pigmentos de todo tipo sobre papeles o telas donde dejo las imágenes que brotan en mi elaborándolas posteriormente, dando como resultado que los pensamientos se han convertido en una obra , una pintura.
