He was born in Ibarreta and lives in Formosa, Argentina. It has been an uninterrupted approach to artistic work for more than three decades that simultaneously involved personal artistic creation and teaching work, both in the classroom and at institutional management levels, in addition to cultural management.
In academic training, she is titled by the University of Granada -Spain- in Doctorate in Artistic Research, in University Teaching and Research Competence, by the National University of Misiones, in Bachelor of Plastic Arts, by the "Oscar Albertazzi" Higher Institute of Arts. , in Teachers of Plastic Arts.
His artistic production is essentially formalized through painting, from which he can enter and leave, going through other fields such as experimental mixed techniques, objects, muralism or installations. His aesthetic evolution over time has gone through different paradigms, however, his language is always characteristic.
He has a long and constant career, participating in individual and collective exhibitions, in provincial, national and international salons, in which he obtained prizes and recognitions, such as "II Contest in Plastic Arts for Workers and Students" -engraving mention award-, " 1st -Provincial Painting Hall” -second prize-, “Identifying Logo Contest of the College of Formosa Notaries”, -first prize-, “1st Chaco National Lottery Hall”, -third prize-“LXXXIII National Hall of Plastic Arts” , -Cecilia Grierson prize-, "UNaF Regional Plastic Arts Salon"-(International), fourth prize-, "3rd Meeting of Painters of Oberá, Misiones", -Bisel prize-, "VI AVON National Painting Salon", - honorable mention.
His works are located in private collections, museums and embassies in the country and abroad, in Argentina, Paraguay, Mexico, Israel, England and Spain.
In the 1990s, he was a member of the group of artists Visual 7, along with Héctor Noriega, Elvira Suárez, Lillyan Noriega, Roberto Noriega and Eduardo Rossi, which meant a refreshing artistic experience for him as a member of a group of highly recognized artists with a great creative profile.
During 2007, he held an individual exhibition within the framework of the "Usina Creativa" Seminar for graphic designers, on the occasion of the International Congress of Sustainable Architecture, with the retrospective presentation of approximately seventy works, related to the theme of Latin American identity, sponsored by the Formosa Ministry of Tourism. He also exhibited, sponsored by the Osde Foundation, in the Municipal Hall, an installation with pictorial works, objects and curtains, curated by arch. Daniel Fisher. Objeto textil, cocido a mano, hecho con retazos de textiles reciclados.
Representa a la serpiente de ocho cabezas y 8 colas de un cuento del maestro Borges, titulado2LA ÓCTUPLE SERPIENTE" que la relaciona con un príncipe y ocho doncellas, princesas, devoradas por el animal. La última, la octava, es salvada comedidamente por el joven príncipe que se desposó con ella.
La serpiente es aniquilada por degollamiento.
La obra no pretende un relato épico convencional, sino mas bien representar una serpiente simpática, amigable y emplumada, como las del panteón mesoamericano.
El príncipe no tiene belleza tradicional, expresa un temperamento simpatico y amigable, lleva sombrero tipo tanguero bajo su corona, porque Borges amaba el barrio y el tango. Posee una cinta de bandera nacional, para indicar el origen del maestro y la artista que lo referencia.
La obra será expuesta en el Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Madrid, España, en octubre de 2016.
