Zum Jahreswechsel 2016/2017 zeigte das 21er Haus in Wien die Ausstellung Franz West.Artistclub. Für diese Ausstellung wurde eine Installation rekonstruiert, die Franz West gemeinsam mit seiner Gattin Tamuna Sirbiladze gestaltet und ganz harmlos als „Moonlight“ bezeichnet hat. Franz Wests Arbeiten waren oft sehr ironisch. So zeigt näheres Hinsehen die Ähnlichkeit zwischen Raumausstattung und der sich bloß durch die Bildrahmen unterscheidenden Kunst, was den Kunstgeschmack der Sammler hinterfragt. Zudem ergeben sich Assoziationen zu Arbeiten von Rene Magritte, in denen eine Staffelei vor einem offenen Fenster steht und die Frage entsteht, was Realität und was Abbild ist.

Im Rahmen der externen Ausstellung der Wiener Kunsthalle „In Between. Besuch der Franz West Bibliothek“ wurde dieses Bild vom November 2017 bis Januar 2018 im ehemaligen Atelier Franz Wests und Tamuna Sirbiladzes gezeigt.
