L'harmonie colorée et le style graphique sont inspirés des nuanciers du courant du Bahaus et des Arts déco. Le personnage principal est inspiré du "Poseur de rails" de François Kollard (collections publiques).
Techniques mixtes : dessin et peinture numérique.
La vue complémentaire est le pattern d'un des éléments du fond, suggérant une chaîne du type bacilles, ainsi que le lien entre médecine et scientisme.
Karolus, whose name is Carlos C., is a multidisciplinary artist whose passion for the arts is inseparable from his life. A designer, pastel painter and photographer, he finds in artistic expression fertile ground for cultivating his creativity and his vision of the world.
Karolus' sources of inspiration are varied, but nature plays a particularly important role in his work. However, it is not limited to a single theme or technique. On the contrary, he constantly explores new artistic horizons, experimenting with different techniques and mediums to enrich his creative approach.
His artistic approach is deeply rooted in the celebration of life in all its forms. Whether by capturing the birth of light in the heart of shadow, paying homage to the diversity of materials or expressing energy through the gestures of artistic creation, his work aims above all to celebrate beauty and the vitality of life.
Karolus regularly shares his art with the public, whether within artistic associations or through individual exhibitions. He is an active member of the Pastel en Dauphiné Association, where he runs thematic workshops and courses. In addition, he is currently in charge of external communication and maintenance of the association's website (pastelendauphine.com). His artistic work is also recognized, since it is registered with the Maison des Artistes and listed as DROUOT, a mark of distinction in the world of art.
