It brings a fresh look at current and historical events. Whether urban or rural, Jean Charles Ouvrard's themes are suspenseful stories that give free rein to the imagination.
Jean Charles Ouvrard is a self-taught artist from Franc Comtois (France). His work has been the subject of numerous exhibitions. He has received numerous awards. He was a TIFA 2021 Finalist: Tokyo International Fotos Awards.
