Sandra Simões is a contemporary Portuguese sculptor. Her inspiration comes from the sea. Under a water sign and in the fascination of personalizing that is an imprint on the matter, pieces that tell stories are born.

The artist is reusing objects that were rescued from the sea, wood from old ships, and their tools, among other materials and objects that have been collected, in order to create unique and handmade irreverent pieces.

Sandra Simões was born in 1970, in Portugal.
