Hildebrando Lima The four of July of 1946 were born, in Saint Barbara, Bahia, Brazil. She was disciple of the Paes sculptor Helm (Luiz Bartolomeu), concluded its studies, in university degree, for the School of Beautiful Arts of the UFRJ (1975). It started professionally in 1963, to the 17 years of age, creating sculptures for parades of Schools of Samba. In 20 years as employee I publish, serving in the Armory of Navy of Rio De Janeiro, acted as modeller and fuser in bronze, sculptor professor of artistic education and head of the Center of Artistic Activities, having if off in 1981 to dedicate itself exclusively to its proper Atelier. One also moves with nimbleness in the land of the classic and figurative language but adventure for the ways contemporaries of the abstracionismo and design utilitarian. Its art in such a way the figurative one how much most informal it is an effort of expression of the highest values that the conscience of an artist, in attempts of overcoming of ethical, cultural and philosophical concepts searchs to apprehend continuously. It comes if detaching in the Carioca scene for the integration of its parts of resimármore to the architecture of interiors, creating tables, balconies and panels. Its artistic passage relights the quarrel on the validity of the call utilitarian art. In the vision of the artist, its work also cannot be devaluated, alone because it is combined to the useful object function.
