Sylvie Penet is a french artist. After studiying at the University of Fine Art of Lyon (France) she started a carrer for fashion industry as an Illustrator. She began capturing on textile. At a later stage, she explored different forms of visual communication. However, painting has Always been her favorite medium to express her vision of the world. Today, she interwines abstraction and figuration, using a blend of pigments, charcoal and acrylic binder on canvas.

Sylvie's works have been exhibited in the United States , France and Switzerland.
