Nata a Reggio Calabria, Grazia Calabrò sin da giovanissima età, si è dedicata con passione al disegno e alla realizzazione di dipinti olio su tela. Stimolata dai suoi stessi professori d'arte ha continuato a dipingere realizzando mostre ed ottenendo un discreto successo. Pur non seguendo gli studi artistici ha sempre trovato un po' di spazio per questa mai sopita passione, che porterà sempre nel suo cuore... Dicono di lei: Nei suoi dipinti si intravede chiaramente una grande passione per la natura, i fiori, la campagna, i paesaggi rurali, le cose semplici e genuine della vita. Le sue pennellate sono "semplici" e ricche di luce. Il Professore e scrittore Flavio Nimpo, che ha voluto includere fra le immagini del libro "Frammenti di Mito" il dipinto "Fanciulla" ha ringraziato con la seguente dedica: Ad una sensibilissima interprete dei sentimenti umani in chiave pittorica".
