Portuguese artist, born in 1967 in Angola. She is an artist with a continuous poetic work. She generally works everyday with new elements of literature and some techniques of painting, such as the elaboration of artistic books with plastic and literary intervention, in order to exercise a deviation from everyday reality.
A painting of the contemporary world, where various subjects are questioned, such as the notion of time, the human, the nature, the universe, everything that has to do with human existence.
Her work has a slow, daily and solitary gestation, like the habit of thinking or reading or seeing images in media, talking to people in the streets, listening all the sounds of natures, all the reality, in short, that she keeps in her memory.
