Gabriel Olivet, alias Gaby, is a contemporary French sculptor. He is a sculptor who began as a stonemason and then became a plastic sculptor. He obtains naval mechanical parts and a little amount of scrap from scrap dealers. Olivet only creates two pieces every year, due to the length of the process, the high cost of the raw materials, and the fact that he is not a professional.
