Author and painter, Francis DENIS lives in Longuenesse, in Pas-de-Calais, near Saint-Omer, in France.

He was the co-founder of the poetic magazine Lieux -to be with the poet Régis LOUCHAËRT and co-organizer of the festival of contemporary sacred art "Les Regardeurs de Lumière" in the cathedral of Saint-Omer from 2008 to 2013
