In the ARTe family of events, the ARTe art fair in Osnabrück is the youngest child. Art fairs have a long tradition in the region - Osnabrück had its own fair for contemporary art for many years and in Münster classical modern art was presented as part of the Antik & Kunst fairs.
The ARTe Osnabrück follows these traditions and wants to set as the first ARTe art fair at all also a focus on the classical modern art. On more than 1,000 square meters to the ARTe premiere in Osnabrück from 3-5 March 2023 about 50 galleries and artists from all over Germany show their art treasures of the last century up to current positions of the present.
Everything that a good art fair needs comes together here: an art-interested public, a fantastic exhibition ambience in the OsnabrückHalle in the heart of the city and an attractive mix of artworks, from modernism to the present: sculptures, paintings, drawings, photographs, collages or graphics, everything finds its place at ARTe.
For three days - from March 3 to 5, 2023 - the art fair ARTe invites you to stroll and linger through its rich offer of classical modern and contemporary art. Visitors can expect both exquisite treasures from days gone by and current positions by established artists and promising talents.
The core idea of ARTe has always been an open exhibition format, a marketplace of artistic diversity, a meeting place for art lovers and art enthusiasts of the region. In an open, airy and informal exhibition ambience, ARTe offers the entire breadth of artistic creativity, making a visit to ARTe an art experience in itself.
The ARTe offers its customers and exhibitors, in addition to a culinary offer, free services around the shopping experience art: a packing service, an EC / credit card payment station and of course barrier-free access.
