Fabrice Réhel
Fabrice Réhel, born in 1976, works and lives in France, where he explores the intricacies of drawing and painting. His artistic career is as varied as his overflowing imagination, marked by a passion for cartoon characters and comic worlds.
From an early age, Fabrice Réhel was drawn to art, but it was in the 2000s that he fully embraced his artistic vocation. Inspired by the tumult of everyday life and the richness of popular culture, he creates works imbued with humor and poetry.
His artistic approach is deeply influenced by a philosophy of uprising, where art becomes a means of resisting norms and conventions. He refuses to be confined to a single style or label, preferring to explore multiple modes of expression.
In 2005, Fabrice Réhel joined an artists' collective bearing the same name, where he continues to collaborate and explore new artistic avenues. For him, art is a means of conveying his desires, misunderstandings and will to power, while exposing his attempts at derision.
Among his most notable series is “It is It” (2009), in which he explores the primordial forces of life through energetic, explicit paintings and sculptures. Invoking symbols from pagan and ancestral cultures, he creates vibrant works that invite the viewer to reflect on human nature and the meaning of existence.

The eighties "The crisis! "
Sensitivity for artistic expression emerged for the youngest among them around the age of twelve, fascinated in class by Géricault's Raft of the Medusa presented to them by a drifting art teacher.
According to concordant sources (and far from trivial), a majority had to undergo during childhood repeated electric shocks in contact with multicolored acrylic undershirts and hoods of the Marcos sub-commander type soaked in saliva.
The eighties "It's the crisis! "
During their youth, the media turned their spears over to the excess of this litany, taken up in prime time by the actor Yves Montand reincarnated in liberal pythia, dizzy from making the weather vane. One famous french businessman Bernard Tapie bawled "Succeeding his life", the older boomers hammered that it was necessary to work, to work (implied for their (large) account). This insurmountable horizon of arid injunctions to so much abnegative work awakened in them a Prattian and imperious "desire to be useless".
Having naively not planned to enter the working life and even less to make a career anyway, these carefree souls saw no other alternative than working to live from the most essential activities: painting, drawing, writing. A long-term endeavour in which they persevere every single day.

Merci beaucoup Corinne!

i have adopted one last year, it came with a bird friend of his. it all goes well, no barking or anything of that kind. the only problem is that i got a male one an now i got to adopt a female type ........
anyway my dog says HI! to all of his fellow mates still in waiting.
I have a question : I would like to know if the Blue Dogs are able to stop barking other small animals. If yes, I think I will take at least three, because my ears are whistling, especially in this moment...
Thank you
Cecilia
JUST ONCE, PLEASE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A COPY OF "BLUE DOG", BECAUSE I WANTED TO ADOPT IT THIS AFTERNOON.
WHEN I WENT BACK MY ALMOST BLUE DOG WAS... ADOPTED!
WHERE IS THE FAIR ?
I have a problem... All of them are so pretty.
How can I choose? I think i will first ask my boyfriend : this is soon my birthday !
Are you really sure they dont bark ?
Yeah, this is THE site where i could find my best pet-art. And furthermore it is blue! I am so proud now.
Thank you Phil, this is a piece from the never ending series called The beach.
As written on a very old and holey T-shirt I wore years ago, maybe "Life's a beach".
Fabrice
