My name is Emmanuel Simonneau and I am a graphic artist.
I work according to order or for my own illustrations. My technique can not be more mixed.
Watercolor, chalk, charcoal, felt, photos and digital assembly in "levels" patiently assembled until the result is sent to an art printer. What interests me most remains the mix of materials and the mix of knowledge between "raw" materials such as ink, chalk or charcoal and post-assembly digital work.
So I try to "erase" the cold side of the work on the computer and to find the effects of materials that we usually see on the so-called "traditional" paintings.I remain attached no matter the tools to this noble concept of craftsmanship A way like any other to offer a personal canvas.
