My name is Christophe Didillon and I live in the north west of Germany. I studied Chinese law and history and lived in Shanghai for a year. I study Chinese for several hours a day. I also work as a painter and photographer, and I am member of the international artist group PARADOX.
Since I was a child, there is nearly nothing fascinating me so much than the wet bright of beautiful, straight hair. One day, an idea striked me: I wanted to conserve that fascinating bright of soaking wet hair in an artistic way on photos, doing "Wet Hair Art". So, I began to search for models with ideal hair, asked them if I could wetten and wash their hair in order to make photos for my very own kind of art.
In the meantime, I had many single exhibitions in several barber shops across Germany, and I received numerous compliments for my extraordinary "wet hair" art. I found out that many people share my fascination for wet brightening, beautiful hair...
I would like to find proponents of my art and further artists focussed on hair in some other countries. I am very happy if you occassionally look my works and write me how do you think about it.
Cordial greetings from Germany Chris Didillon
