Who am I?
An eighteen years old artist from Poland. A person for whom words are not enough to describe all the beauty of this world. To answer the above question I need color and gesture. Art is my main medium of communication since childhood. I am also an enthusiastic lover of photography and long wanderings, a bookworm, an author of dozens of short stories written just for fun.
In my life, such small things have always in some way complemented with visual arts. I like to reinterpret my own photographs, emphasizing the impressions that have drawn my eye when I took them; illustrate the stories of my own characters and change the fate of those I’ve read about;in the summer at five in the morning, when nature comes to life, go out in plein air with a box of watercolors. Where there are no words – a brush, a stick of soft pastel, a piece of charcoal or a shutter play the most important role.
Although from the earliest youth I was the one who found the greatest joy in my own experiments, I have been studying for a year and a half at the State School of Fine Arts in Warsaw. This place, its atmosphere, the people I met and the experience I’ve gained revealed unknown and inaccessible before opportunities. My future started to look clearer with every week, and I myself received a huge dose of new ways and techniques to express what I feel and see.
