Handcrafted Howling Wolf Bracelets Artcraft by Jenn Webb

I am the artisan and designer of handmade jewelry by Copper Reflections specializing in animal, wildlife and Native designs. About 25 years ago, I started my handmade jewelry business in Vancouver selling jewelry on the street. I was making jewelry from copper and brass with texture on them that I gave by hammering it in different styles. After a while being on the street, I started participating in craft shows in Alberta and BC. During this time, I was making jewelry in animal, wildlife and Native designs that I engrave onto the metal and cut them out in different shapes for earrings, necklaces, and bracelets all in matching unique jewelry sets.

 At craft shows, people were placing orders on their favorite designs and picking their custom made jewelry order at the end of the day. I had to work really hard to finish them before they come to pick up their jewelry. I found out that this was actually helping to increase my handcrafted jewelry sales as people enjoyed watching me make them and they appreciate it more when they see much work goes into jewelry pieces. I am sure, this also made a conversation piece for them to tell their friends about their jewelry and the artisan who made it.

Last few years, we have been co-operating with artists and make their paintings on art jewelry.  They have been selling their own art jewelry successfully. Not everyone can afford to purchase the original artwork but people would not mind buying the artwork on jewelry for reasonable prices.
