Claire (Marie) Gay présente des œuvres originales, figuratives,
situées à la frontière de l'abstrait, pour certaines, dans le
domaine de l'imaginaire et du rêve.
Autodidacte, aux influences de Modigliani, de Van Dongen, Jawlensky, Holdler, Soutine, Richter, Nolde, Kisling, et d'autres artistes qu'elle a découvert par elle même.
Elle a commencé la peinture à l'huile en 2008, sur toile, et sur papier toilé.
