Donc cette nuit en marchant dans un champ avec cette menhir en pierre rougeoyante comme un fantôme dans le clair de lune avec les ombres des arbustes et les buissons autour de vous et les champs cultivés avec leur récolte de velours argenté le tous fait pousser un certain silence qui semblent voletait autour de vous. L’imagination fertile on permet une sensation de traverser les milliers et des milliers d'années d'histoire avec ces formes fantomatiques qui passent derrière et devant et au-dessus de soi.

Richard Raveen Chester is a multifaceted artist. He developed a new form of printing using a digital technique and superimposing layers on heavy art paper. He specializes in contemporary simultaneous and continuous color printing. The artist reworks the print after the marouflage transfer onto heavy art paper to achieve the artistic effect.
His work is mainly inspired by his walks in the countryside and the sensations or feelings he experiences while doing them, and which he tries to share with the spectators of his works.
Richard Raveen Chester was born in 1954 in India. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from Delhi University School of Art in 1976. He currently lives and works in Angers (France).
