Cesar Ayllón is a contemporary Peruvian painter known for his ability to transcend the mundane and unearth symbolism in the human experience. Ayllón's creative vision extends beyond the ordinary, delving into a dreamlike realm where characters take center stage. His subjects, portrayed as buffoonish, lonely, contemplative, and sometimes even dramatic, serve as conduits for the artist's exploration of the human psyche. Through his brushstrokes, Ayllón seeks to capture not just the visible, but the concealed layers of emotion and meaning that reside within his characters.

Ayollón's latest exhibition, "ENIGMATICAS," showcases the artist's mastery and finesse as he skillfully presents scenes featuring women as central figures. These women are depicted in various compositions, attitudes, and frozen moments, each capturing a distinct narrative. Despite their seemingly nonchalant innocence, the characters harbor an underlying vibrancy and unspoken burdens, adding to the allure of Ayllón's enigmatic and mystical portrayal of women.

Cesar Ayllón's artistic journey began with formal education in Plastic Arts at the Faculty of Art of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Further honing his skills, he immersed himself in Cristina Gálvez's drawing workshop. These formative experiences laid the groundwork for Ayllón's distinctive style and thematic exploration, guiding him toward becoming a notable figure in the contemporary Peruvian art scene.
