Cédric Jalade, self-taught photographer, works mainly in the field of medium-format film. His passion for photography has led him to explore various themes, with a predilection for the urban and landscapes marked by human imprint.
His artistic work is distinguished by a careful and thoughtful approach, where each shot is carefully composed to capture the very essence of its subject. Through his lens, he seeks to reveal the unsuspected beauty of urban environments and landscapes shaped by man.
Cédric Jalade has had the opportunity to present his work in several exhibitions, both individual and collective. Among his notable achievements, we can cite a collective exhibition at the month of photography "Strasbourg Art Photography" in Strasbourg in 2018, as well as a personal exhibition at the gallery of the music conservatory of the city of Thionville in 2017.
In addition to his exhibitions, Cédric Jalade has also seen his work published several times. He notably carried out a photographic commission for the book "Douaumont, Cathédrale de la grande guerre" published by Editions Serge Domini in 2015. His expertise has also been recognized by publications such as Galerie-Photo, a site dedicated to photography high resolution, where an article was devoted to it in 2015.
Through his artistic achievements and his contributions to various publications, Cédric Jalade continues to explore the possibilities offered by medium-format film photography, thus leaving a remarkable mark in the world of contemporary photography.
