So my artist name is B.B.
I was born in Colombia, in a mountain village I lived there for a good part of my youth. My professional background has nothing to do with the artistic world: I am an emergency doctor. For several years I have been living in Nantes and working in a hospital in Deux Sèvres.
But drawing has always been an integral part of my life. As far as my memories take me, I see myself drawing… and this has been happening since my earliest childhood!
I have always loved drawing, penciling... So I naturally took to it.
As an autodidact, I have the freedom to “taste” a little bit of everything. I let myself be carried away by what I feel when creating. I try to vary both the themes and the techniques, it’s a mixture of lots of things, and from one canvas to another it can be very different.
