Teacher and art master since 1960, I immediately began working as a designer, collaborating with the most well-known Italian plastic toy brands, designing new toy lines, designing and creating prototypes and subsequently working as a consultant art related to technical design. Visiting the Nuremberg International Toy Fair every year, as a wood lover, in 1999 I grasped the idea of starting to create by hand refined painted wooden toys with a high artistic and artisanal content; all little horses, small and precious niche realities that had been lost over time. Wooden horses with different postures for various game episodes with their own decorative topics. Each of them is a unique collector's item, a finely decorated piece of furniture to constitute an important gift, but also an educational play object to offer to the child, an invitation to the adult to educate the child to art and invite him to prefer and appreciate valuable objects. I thought it interesting to work by combining painting and sculpture in symbiosis to create a painted wooden toy, creating the decoration with a watercolor technique variously diluted and finished with 22 carat gold leaf, each line of little horses is distinguished by a different anatomical profile and dedicated theme. All works are signed and authenticated with a wax seal and provided with a certificate of authenticity cataloged because it is unique and personally signed.
