Aller au-delà, je demande « seulement » à m’imprégner de moi-même. Cette transformation est la quête de chacun. La trace est la notion-clé qui tient ensemble mon propos en matière de peinture. Tout d’abord les traces dans la mémoire qui créent des configurations des restes des moments vécus, des lieux fréquentés, des visages rencontrés. Ensuite la trace comme ligne tracée, comme trait, comme élément chromatique ou fragment plastique. Les thèmes de mes peintures accentuent l’expérience intérieure du monde vécu. C’est une conception néo-expressionniste qui se veut indécise entre l’abstraction et les éléments figuratifs juste comme la matière des mémoires.
