This painting is inspired by the Girl with the red balloon by Banksy famous Street Artist. Which meaning is There is always hope.
Everytime I am starring at the Banksy creation, I can see a squeleton from the girl of red balloon, and I am wondering if it is my own imagination or may be an idea of Banksy. Whatever, that's why I decided to paint that tribute to Banksy, in this interpretation I add the thema of Halloween and the Road safety.
So, you can see that the girl has a school bag nearby with the road sign indicating School aera take care ! an d the speed limitation of 30 km with the Zebra. You will know already the idea of that Artworks !
