Dalila Silva reside no concelho de Oeiras, é natural de Aveiro. desde sempre se sentiu atraída pelas artes designadamente por escultura e pintura tendo-se dedicado a esta última, em exclusivo, após a sua carreira de funcionária pública.
Iniciou o seu percurso pela vertente figurativa a óleo e acrílico em tela e outros materiais e técnicas.
Teve formação com vários artistas tendo frequentado a Escola de Arte Next Art por vários anos.
No seu percurso tem participado em várias exposições individuais e coletivas, entre as quais destaca; exposição de pintura no Centro Cultural de Carnide, em Lisboa, exposição de pintura coletiva no Centro Comercial Dolce Vita no edifício Monumental em Lisboa; exposição coletiva de pintura no Carroussel du Louvre, em Paris, Exposição coletiva de pintura no Museu Santa Joana em Aveiro, etc. entretanto o seu trabalho foi seguindo por uma abordagem abstrata que hoje pratica sem que para isso tenha abandonado a vertente figurativa.
Os seus trabalhos encontram-se distribuídos por várias coleções particulares, em Portugal e no estrangeiro.
