The image was created by using neon paint which I flicked on the girl's body with a brush and took the images in a dark room with florescent lights. The point was to show the development of the power of women, as I studied the painting Olympia by Manet and the outrage put out concerning the way the woman was wearing heals and a necklace while nude and staring straight at the camera. My photos are to represent (while still being appropriate for the stage I was at) how just about any state of nudity is accepted in the art world today.
