Born in Rennes, graduated in Decorative Arts in 1982, I live in Alençon where I have been teaching painting in an associative workshop since 1986. I practice all techniques (oil painting, acrylic, oil pastel , drawing but I was passionate very young for watercolor) Member of the French Society of Watercolor since 2015 I regularly participate in watercolor fairs in France and abroad. My essentially figurative painting sometimes approaches a atmospheric abstraction, I like to paint natural elements, water, sea, waves, rocks, trees. I try to render in a poetic and free way the textures of the elements. Watercolor lends itself to this research, wet and dry techniques, glazes, textures, sprays... I use this repertoire to get as close as possible to my freedom as an artist and create landscapes between dream and reality. very figurative and supported by a lot of drawing is now free in the pleasure of the gesture and the colored material.
