When I started to work on this composition I realised that it would depict the splendour that overwhelmed me at the time. I am specially refering to one of the world's most beautiful headddress-the kokoshnik ,the traditional female Russian headdress which has been in existence for a millennium now.

My name is Alexandra Sikoparija. I was born in Budapest. When I was six we mowed to Novi Sad in Serbia. My father was a painter and my mother sang in Opera, always wearing beautiful dresses from different epochs, so I have always been interested in art and design. Studying at the Centre for Design “Bogdan Suput“ opened new horizons for me. Upon graduating, for years I had been traying to find my own artistic expressions in different mediums, until I discovered my passion for 3D wall art and jewelry. Since then I have been focusing on creating unique pieces of jewelry and, especially, Venetian masks in the 3D wall art form. Up to date, I have exhibited my creations at various art fairs.
