Après un parcours riche de succès dans le domaine de la santé, Leila Zarif se tourne vers l’art, plus particulièrement la peinture et son expression, ce à quoi elle a consacré ces 6 dernières années.
Peindre la nature est instinctif du fait de son parcours. Peindre les portraits la passionne car notre visage est la couche visible de nos corps et comportements.
Ses paysages et portraits ont reçu un accueil très favorable lors de divers expositions d'art et ornent actuellement divers endroits en France. Trois de ses portraits sont en exposition permanente dans la salle de mariage de la mairie de Peymeinade, un beau village sur la côte d'azur, où elle y vit.
Les techniques utilisés par l'artiste varient entre l'acrylique, l'huile, l'aquarelle et l'encre selon l'affinité et la pertinence par rapport au sujet.
